Motowinn is now selling and delivering orders all over India. Feel free to place your order and we’ll make sure it gets delivered to you on time!

How I will be informed about my order/courier detail?

We will inform by email / SMS or both.

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Service team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email or SMS or by both. Usually you will receive your order within 3 days.

Note: For orders of imported, high capacity, special items may take longer and shipping conditions are different.

I ordered multiple items but I only received one, where are my other items?

Shipping time for all items under one order number will still follow the applicable delivery time frame based on your area.

Whenever we receive multiple items in a single order, we ship each item as soon as they are made available by sellers/factory/manufacturers/suppliers.

I ordered multiple items, but why did I receive only one email and one tracking number?

We usually send one notification per order number even if this includes multiple items. You will however receive one notification for every item that is tagged as shipped or out for delivery.

I just received an email saying that my item has been shipped. When will I receive my order?

Once shipped, you should receive your order within the promised delivery as mentioned in details above. Please note that deliveries for imported, high capacity, special items may take longer.

Can I prearrange the date of delivery?

Our courier service is unable to provide scheduling of deliveries; therefore we cannot guarantee the delivery of your order for a specific time or date.

Yet you can rest assured we are working closely with our service partners to allow us to better serve you in the future.

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Your orders may be delivered on a weekend or a holiday depending on our courier’s availability. You will be notified in advance about it.

I need my order urgently can Motowinn.com speed up the delivery?

Please contact us in this regard, we may speedup as per area, but not for sure.

How can I know the exact date and time of delivery?

You will know exact date and time of delivery when the product is shipped. Our courier service is unable to provide the exact date and time of delivery at the time of order. However we can assure you that your order will be delivered within our promised delivery time frame.

Can I cancel my order?

For cancellation requests, please call us or send us an email or sms with order number so we can cancel your order but if your order is shipped we will not be able to cancel it.

How and when I will receive my payment back in case of order cancelled or returned?

Around 10 days or so, because refund of payment will completely depend on the terms and conditions of payment gateway service providers and banks.

What if I am not at home when the package arrives?

You will need to mention second party name at the time of order in the delivery information or you can inform about it to courier boy when you receive call by him/her. The second party should present a valid original ID of yours.

If you forgot to mention second party name at the time or order, you can contact our customer service immediately after purchasing to inform us.

Is there any area Motowinn.com can not deliver to?

Motowinn.com is selling and delivering all over India.

Does Motowinn.com offer international shipments?

No.

Can Motowinn.com deliver the package to my office?

Motowinn.com will deliver your order following the address you provide during checkout, whether it is your house address or office address.

Can I pick up my order at Motowinn.com office?

Please contact us in this regard, it will depend on locality.

Can I purchase multiple items and have it delivered to different shipping addresses?

We currently do not offer delivering different items to different addresses for the same order.

If you want your items delivered to different addresses, we would recommend placing different orders (items to be delivered to the same shipping address should be put together in 1 order).
